Last week, Chris Brown couldn't make it to the Grammy (R) Awards- because he was in jail for allegedly beating up girlfriend Rihanna. He allegedly made criminal threats to her. Couldn't they just fought while performing live on the Grammy telecast?

Brown, 19, and Rihanna, 20, have dated...oh, let's just say less than a year. I can't say that it's all lovey-dovey, but I suppose they had a decent relationship. That is, if you call fighting and beating up your lover "decent". At ant=y rate, Brown has apologized, but that doesn't change the fact that he's still facing criminal charges stemming from a street fight with Rihanna. He's due in court March 5.
