Yesterday's plane crash in Clarence, New York killed about 50 people. Among the victims was one of the widows of the 9/11/01 terrorist attack; and two members od the jazz musician Chuck Magione's band, Gerry Niewood and Coleman Mellett.
Continental Connection Flight 3407 was en route to Buffalo from Newark Liberty airport when it crashed about 10:20 PM ET last night. All 48 on board, and two on the ground perished.
