Today's 'wow' factor over the release of the MacBook Air will no doubt carry over to those mac lovers- and business travelers, probably- who feel that the other MacBook models are...well, a bit bulky.
But enough of that.
I'm convinced enough to get one of those when it comes out in about two to three weeks (according to Apple). Is is the aluminum backing? The nearly paper thin design? Sure, it doesn't have an internal optical drive, but apple does more than make up for that small caveat by just supplying an external model (yeah, an extra $99, but why complain?). The 80GB internal hard drive is small, but so what! Just get a 160-200 GB USB 2.0 external drive and quit bitching.
So, it's as good as in my hands!
