This Lover's Tragedy Could've Been Avoided

The story coming out of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex of Tracy Roberson's lover, Devin LaSalle, getting killed by Tracy's husband Darrell is tragic enough. After all, Darrell caught Tracy and Devin in a heated moment of lust, and to save her own skin, Tracy falsely cried rape. Finding your spouse doing the nasty with someone else can bring out the worse, no doubt. But honestly, this tragedy could have been avoided- and Tracy would've avoided the 30 month sentence for manslaughter, and Devin would still be alive and possibly still seeing Tracy.

First off, I wouldn't park my damn vehicle in front of the tryst partner's house- especially if that partner is married. As mentioned above, getting caught could bring out all kinds of emotions- as in this case, when Darrell found Tracy and Devin fucking in Devin's truck, he got out the .44. If anything, I would've rented a room- or, if Devin was still single (or divorced), did the dirty deeds done dirt cheap at his house. Of course, I'd make sure Darrell- and/or the PI he hired- isn't following me.

Now, I don't condone adultery, but neither do I condemn it. After all, if there's no chance of the fighting spouses ever getting back together, the estranged partners could do whatever they damn well please with someone else. Fight it out in divorce court, cut the losses, and fuhgeddaboudit.

So, had Devin and Tracy gotten a room while Darrell was playing poker with his friends, the two cuckolds would still be together- and Tracy would still be free.
